Privacy Policy

Effective date: 30 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how MMHelpers collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you use our website, contact us or use our helper matching, Direct Hire and deployment support services.

Our approach to personal information

MMHelpers handles personal and case-related information so we can understand household requirements, communicate with employers and helpers, support candidate matching, coordinate deployments and manage related services. We seek to collect and use information that is reasonably relevant to these purposes.

1

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with MMHelpers, we may collect information such as your name, telephone or WhatsApp number, email address and other contact details.

We may also collect information relating to an employer, household, helper, candidate, placement or deployment where it is reasonably required to provide or administer our services.

Our website and service providers may also process technical information such as browser, device, IP address, authentication, session, security and error-log information where required to operate and protect our systems.

2

Employer and household information

Employers using our candidate matching service may provide information about their household and the expected helper role.

This may include household composition, children and their ages, elderly-care requirements, pets, house type, duties, cooking, cleaning, laundry, routines, salary and rest-day arrangements, communication preferences and other information relevant to assessing a placement.

Some household information may relate to other family members. Employers should provide only the level of personal detail reasonably necessary for the relevant service.

3

Helper and candidate information

Helper or candidate information may include name, age, nationality, contact information, photographs, work experience, employment history, family information, language ability, skills, preferences, interview information and other information relevant to employment or matching.

Where reasonably necessary for a deployment, MMHelpers may also handle passport and identity information, documents, travel information, application status and medical-related coordination information.

Information shared with prospective employers is intended for legitimate helper review, matching and employment-related purposes.

4

How we use information

MMHelpers may use personal information to respond to enquiries, maintain employer and candidate records, understand household requirements, support interviews and matching, coordinate deployments and manage Direct Hire cases.

We may also use relevant information for MatchCare and placement support, complaint or dispute handling, invoicing, accounting, security, legal or regulatory requirements and the reasonable improvement of our services and operations.

For qualifying matched placements, relevant records may include the Household Assessment, agreed duties, communications, concerns, adjustment efforts and placement outcomes.

5

Communications

If you communicate with MMHelpers through WhatsApp, telephone, email, website forms or another messaging channel, we may retain the communication and relevant attachments as part of the applicable enquiry or case record.

These records help us respond, follow up and understand the history of a case. Please avoid providing sensitive information that is not reasonably required for the service.

6

Sharing and service providers

MMHelpers does not sell personal information.

We may disclose relevant information where reasonably necessary to provide a requested service, administer a case, meet a legal or regulatory obligation, resolve an issue or protect legitimate interests.

Depending on the case, this may involve employers, helpers, document-processing parties, clinics, travel or transport providers, professional advisers, technology providers, government authorities or other parties involved in the applicable process.

MMHelpers may also use third-party systems for hosting, databases, authentication, communications, document storage and other operational purposes. We seek to limit disclosures to information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

7

Overseas transfers

MMHelpers supports Myanmar-to- Singapore deployment processes. Personal information may therefore need to be accessed, processed or disclosed outside the country in which it was originally collected.

Where applicable data-protection requirements govern an overseas transfer, MMHelpers will take reasonable steps appropriate to the transfer and the information involved.

8

Security and retention

MMHelpers takes reasonable administrative, operational and technical measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, loss, misuse or alteration.

No website, messaging service, device or online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We retain personal and case information for as long as it is reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, or for another legitimate legal or business purpose such as an ongoing placement, deployment history, MatchCare, accounting or dispute management.

9

Access, correction and consent

Subject to applicable law and exceptions, an individual may ask MMHelpers about personal information held about them or request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.

Where MMHelpers relies on consent, an individual may request to withdraw that consent by giving reasonable notice, subject to applicable law. Withdrawal may affect our ability to continue a service where the information is necessary for that service.

We may need to verify identity before processing an access, correction or other privacy request.

10

Children and candidate media

MMHelpers services are not directed to children. A Household Assessment may, however, require limited information such as the ages of children because this can affect childcare duties and candidate suitability.

Employers should avoid providing unnecessary identifying or sensitive information about children.

Helper photographs and profile information may be used for legitimate candidate review, interview, matching, deployment and internal operational purposes. Candidate information should not be copied, published or reused for unrelated purposes without appropriate permission.

11

Changes to this policy

MMHelpers may update this Privacy Policy as our services, systems, operations or applicable requirements change.

The current version will be published on this page with its effective date.
