How it works

You have already selected a Myanmar helper via direct hire. We begin with verification and coordination on the Myanmar side, and we request payment only when your case is confirmed ready to proceed — with documented progress and receipt transparency in the dashboard.

Document verification (no payment)

We contact the helper via Myanmar WhatsApp to verify passport status and supporting documents. Case status is updated in your dashboard as verification is completed.

Clinic confirmation → service engagement

Once documents are verified and the medical clinic date is confirmed, you select a service plan: Assisted (SGD 50) or Full Support (SGD 100).

Pass-through deposit → case becomes Active

A small deposit may be requested for third-party costs (e.g., medical checkup, notarization). Your case becomes Active only after the service fee and first pass-through deposit are received. Receipts are uploaded for each step.
