Why airport departure coordination matters

Helper loan explanation
The remaining deployment expenses may be shared through a 3-month helper loan arrangement, agreed clearly between employer and helper. The helper repays the loan to the employer, not to a training center or agency.
Why the SGD 1,250 item is separated
This is not MMHelpers’ service fee. It is the Myanmar airport departure facilitation and coordination expense. We show it separately because it is usually the biggest direct-hire cost and employers should understand why it exists before proceeding.

We understand employers want peace of mind. MMHelpers will still assist with communication, guidance, and new helper sourcing where possible. However, because we operate as a lower-cost direct hire support service, replacement support is handled fairly on a case-by-case basis.
