These Terms of Service explain how MMHelpers operates, what our role is, and what employers and users should understand when using our website, communicating with us, or moving forward with our services.
MMHelpers is a support service focused on experienced Myanmar helpers from Oman. Our services may include sourcing support, screening support, interview review, training preparation, pricing explanation, and process planning or coordination guidance.
MMHelpers is not a licensed Singapore maid agency unless explicitly stated otherwise. Users should not treat MMHelpers as an agency-style placement or guarantee service.
MMHelpers does not provide agency-style guarantees, replacement promises, employer satisfaction guarantees, or long-term compatibility guarantees.
Final helper suitability, communication style, household adjustment, work performance, and long-term compatibility can vary by case.
Employers remain responsible for their own hiring decision after reviewing the helper’s profile, interview performance, communication, experience, and suitability for their household.
The main MMHelpers service fee is based on one month loan of the helper and is arranged from the helper side. MMHelpers does not charge a separate MMHelpers service fee to the employer unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific case.
Bangkok preparation stay, medical check-up, supporting documents, notarization where needed, travel, and other case-related costs are separate from the MMHelpers service fee.
Any figures shown on the website are approximate planning estimates only. Final costs may vary depending on the helper’s actual situation, current stage, readiness, travel timing, and what still needs to be prepared.
Some helpers may require a short Bangkok preparation stay before departure to Singapore. This may be used for medical check-up, result collection, supporting document preparation, local coordination, and flight timing.
If the helper is already living in Thailand with family or friends, accommodation and meal costs may be reduced. Actual costs depend on the case.
MMHelpers may assist with a replacement helper where possible, but this should not be understood as a free agency-style replacement guarantee.
If replacement is needed, the employer will need to bear the relevant replacement-related costs, which may include outbound cost for the current helper from Singapore to Bangkok where applicable, as well as Bangkok stay, medical, documents, flight, and other case-related costs for the new helper.
MMHelpers does not guarantee exact timing, medical outcomes, travel timing, document completion timing, authority approvals, final deployment outcome, or any specific case result.
Users agree to provide information that is accurate, honest, and reasonably complete. MMHelpers is not responsible for issues caused by incomplete, misleading, or incorrect information provided by employers, helpers, or third parties.
Some parts of the process may involve clinics, document handlers, travel-related parties, coordinators, or other third-party providers. MMHelpers is not responsible for the independent actions, timing, pricing, or decisions of such third parties.
MMHelpers may change, pause, or stop parts of the website or service at any time. We may also decline or stop support where a case appears unsuitable, unclear, abusive, unlawful, or operationally unreasonable.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our business, website, or operating model. The updated version on this page will apply from the stated effective date.
