Terms of Service

1) Service scope

MMHelpers provides process assistance for employers who have already selected a Myanmar helper (“direct-hire”). Our services may include guidance, checklists, document readiness review, coordination, and progress updates. We do not operate as a licensed employment agency unless explicitly stated.

2) No guarantees

We do not guarantee approvals, timelines, or outcomes. Final decisions may depend on medical results, document requirements, authorities, and third-party providers.

3) Fees and pass-through costs

Service fees (e.g., SGD 50 / 100) cover assistance and coordination only. Official fees and third-party costs (medical, notarization, travel, etc.) are separate. Where we pay on your behalf, pass-through deposits may be collected in advance and receipts will be provided.

4) Employer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing documents, and making decisions related to hiring and deployment. You agree not to misuse the service or request unlawful actions.

5) Changes and termination

You may stop the process at any time. Service fees are typically non-refundable once work has started. Any unused pass-through balance will be handled transparently based on expenses already incurred.
