How the placement loan works
The reference is for the calculation — not a salary cap.
The standard helper placement loan is calculated using a fixed S$500 reference for 3.5 months. The helper's actual agreed monthly salary may be higher without increasing the S$1,750 placement loan.

The additional salary above S$500 remains part of the helper's normal agreed salary. It does not increase the standard S$1,750 placement loan.

MatchCare protects qualifying Candidate Matching placements.
MatchCare is separate from the standard pricing calculation. It provides the existing structured replacement policy for qualifying placements where MMHelpers supported the candidate match.
Direct Hire does not include MatchCare because the employer independently selected the helper.
