This page explains how MMHelpers supports a direct-hire Myanmar helper case after employer and helper already agree. The focus is Myanmar-side coordination, documents, medical, departure handling, flight planning, and arrival settlement.
Quick view
What this journey covers
Documents and notarization
Collect, check, and prepare helper documents.
Medical and travel readiness
Medical checkup first, then next-stage coordination.
Flight and arrival planning
Coordinate flight after IPA and travel requirements are ready.
Invoice after arrival
Settlement happens after the helper reaches your home.
01
Employer and helper already agree
The journey starts when you already have a Myanmar helper candidate. She may be your ex-helper, someone recommended by friends, someone you found online, or a helper we helped you review.
02
Case review and document collection
MMHelpers checks the helper’s situation and collects the required documents. We review basic details, identity information, passport readiness, and case-specific requirements before moving forward.
03
Verification and notarization support
We prepare the documents needed from the Myanmar side and arrange notarization where required. This helps reduce confusion before medical and departure coordination.
04
Medical checkup arrangement
We arrange the helper’s medical checkup. If she passes the medical checkup, the case can continue to the next stage. If there is an issue, the employer should not continue blindly.
05
Myanmar-side departure coordination
After medical is passed, we coordinate the Myanmar-side departure process needed before the helper can travel. This is usually the main part of the direct-hire support work.
06
Employer prepares IPA, security bond, and insurance
The employer handles the Singapore-side Work Permit application, IPA, security bond, insurance, and related employer responsibilities. MMHelpers waits for the confirmed IPA and travel readiness before flight planning.
07
Flight planning and arrival date
Once IPA and travel requirements are ready, we coordinate the flight and confirm the estimated arrival date. Flight price and availability can affect final timing.
08
Arrival, invoice, and loan settlement
After the helper arrives at your home, MMHelpers sends the invoice for expenses paid first plus the SGD 55 direct-hire coordination service fee. If a helper loan is used, the agreement is clearly prepared and explained.
Estimated processing time
8–11 days
After the helper reaches our office and the required case details are ready.
Service fee
SGD 55
Direct-hire coordination service fee, included in the final invoice.
Payment timing
After arrival
Invoice is sent after the helper arrives at the employer’s home.
MMHelpers handles Myanmar-side support, not Singapore agency work
MMHelpers is not a licensed Singapore maid agency. We support Myanmar-side coordination, document preparation, medical arrangement, departure handling, flight planning, and arrival settlement.
Employer handles Singapore-side requirements
The employer is responsible for the Singapore-side Work Permit application, IPA, security bond, insurance, and other employer obligations.
Timing can vary by case
The 8–11 day estimate depends on medical result, helper readiness, document readiness, IPA timing, flight availability, and travel conditions.
Helper finder is a secondary service
If you do not have a helper yet, MMHelpers may help you review ex-Oman, fresh, ex-Singapore, or Thailand-based helper options. After both sides agree, the case moves into the same direct-hire support journey.
Final hiring decision remains with the employer
We help screen, prepare, and coordinate, but household fit, performance, and long-term satisfaction can vary. Employers should still interview and decide carefully.
